Applications for Rent are
available online, or may be picked up at the office Each adult
(age 18 or older) must complete a separate application.
Application fee of $25.00 per adult applies.

Year Round Rentals are for 1 year. Security deposit
required upon approval of application. Rent is paid on the 1st
of every month. First months rent must be paid prior to move in.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities.

Seasonal Rentals are for 4 months and 1 day and usually
occur during the summer. Security deposit required upon approval
of application. Rent is paid in 3 equal installments and must be
paid in full prior to move in. Tenant is responsible for
electric bill.

Winter Rentals are from September 15 – April 15. Security deposit
required upon approval of application. Rent is paid on the 1st
of every month. First months rent must be paid prior to move in.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
